This study aims to explore the role of the community in the development of education in Indonesia, focusing on the collaboration between schools, families, and society. Through a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected from 30 participants consisting of teachers, parents, and community members in various regions. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and observations of activities in schools and communities. The research findings indicate that active family involvement in the educational process, support from community resources, and effective communication among all stakeholders significantly contribute to improving the quality of education. Additionally, collaborative programs involving all parties have proven to enhance educational capacity at the local level. These findings underscore the importance of building strong partnerships between schools, families, and communities to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Therefore, this research provides recommendations for stakeholders to strengthen collaboration in order to achieve better educational outcomes in Indonesia.
