Focus and Scope

Sabiluna: Journal Education and Management is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes research on education and management. The journal is interested in how educational institutions grow, lead, and adapt in response to today's social, technological, and cultural changes.

Sabiluna especially welcomes research on Islamic and faith-based education, viewed as living educational traditions that engage with global issues such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and leadership. The journal invites theoretical, empirical, and comparative studies that connect local educational practices with international academic conversations.

We publish original research articles, conceptual papers, and review articles in the following areas:

1. Educational Change and Innovation
How schools and universities innovate and adapt — through new curricula, teaching methods, technology, and responses to global challenges.
2. Educational Leadership and Management
Leadership, governance, strategy, and quality management that shape how educational institutions function and grow sustainably.
3. Islamic and Faith-Based Education

4. Teachers' Professional Growth
Teacher identity, professionalism, mentoring, and readiness for change — the human side of educational transformation.
5. Digital Transformation, AI, and Ethics in Education
